Hello and welcome to my website. I am a Counsellor and Parent Worker based in Banbury, in the North of Oxfordshire. I also work on-line. I am an openly NeuroDivergent (Autistic and ADHD), white, CIS female Counsellor. I welcome Adult Clients regardless of NeuroType, ethnicity, gender or sexuality. I try to always work inclusively and am happy to discuss any worries you may have about working with me. You may wonder why anyone would choose Counselling, rather than talk to family and friends? Therapy gives you the opportunity to devote time entirely to yourself whereby you can talk about absolutely anything, freely and without judgement. In every day life, conversations are shared and we look after each other. As a Client you are the priority, you are important.
