A bunch of just different pebbles

I personally think NeuroDivergent (ND) folk are set up to fail when:

* We live in a NeuroTypical (NT) designed life, * We are seen as a deficit, * We are blamed for everything (double empathy), * We do not know ND Brains are different. * We are given NT solutions, * We are compared.

Our struggles are real. Everyone has struggles. But our environments are disabling, we are at a disadvantage in most environments.

I feel we can thrive when:

* We live an inclusive diverse life, * We are seen as having strengths, * Everyone's needs are equal, * We have self-awareness, * Solutions are personalised, * We are all seen as unique.

The first list marginalises some people, causing harm. It is rigid with set thinking. It disconnects and segregates people.

The second list respects everyone and supports better mental health, offers empowerment and connects people. This offers growth, flexibility and harmony.

Isn't this sh*ttingly simple and obvious?
